Murray Anderson-Wallace has recently joined the Advisory Group of a new campaign network – the Harmed Patient Alliance – which has as it’s mission “to work collaboratively towards a future where harmed patients and families are respected and cared for, their needs are understood and met, their suffering is minimised and their recovery is enabled, where preventable second harm is eliminated.”
The network has been set up by Joanne Hughes and James Titcombe, both long-standing campaigners for improvements in safety based on their of personal experiences of healthcare harm within their families.
Murray will be presenting alongside other supporters of this cause at the HPA’s first Webinar on the 17th December 18.00-20.00 GMT – further details can be found here
