The Final Report of the Independent Review of Workplace Culture at Save the Children UK was published earlier this week.
Prof. Murray Anderson-Wallace served as Deputy Chair of the Independent Review Panel from March 2018. Murray took special responsibility for the design and supervision of a team of specialist interviewers who listened to more than 100 first person accounts relating to workplace misconduct over a 10 year period at Save the Children UK. He also managed communications on behalf of the Independent Panel, with participants and with the charity. Murray worked closely with the Trustee Sub-Committee of Save the Children UK Board who were the Panel’s main link to the charity.
The Report is in the public domain and has been commented upon widely across the internet and broadcast media. Early BBC reports of lack of access to the Independent Review Panel were later withdrawn.
