Murray will once again be joining the Faculty for the 14th annual Darzi Clinical Fellowship programme from September 2022. This will be Murray’s 11th cohort of Clinical Fellows, and in particular his focus will be on supervising and co-conducting the various experiential learning groups as well as teaching the “Core Concepts of Quality” module. The module draws on the material contained in his forthcoming book with colleague Nick Downham, “Quality in Healthcare; Questioning the Work for Effective Change” (Sage)
This years cohorts brings together a multi-professional group of aspiring clinical leaders for an intensive one years Masters level programme focussed on systemic approaches to healthcare leadership. Clinical Fellows each tackle a complex healthcare challenge within a host organisation, supported by the LSBU Faculty to learn and apply in real-time a range of core skills drawing on relational, reflexive, ethical and moral practices (Cunliffe 2015) to support complex change.
